brings over 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, with a career spanning from large Fortune 500 companies to mid-market consulting firms. She blends consulting and corporate recruitment expertise, demonstrated by her success in restructuring multiple recruitment departments.
Before founding Empower Partnerships, MaryAnne served as the North American Director of Talent Acquisition for a Fortune 500 company, where she transformed the recruitment function, elevating it from a rating of 1 to 4 on the recruitment maturity model spectrum within three years, according to a CEB (now Gartner) assessment.
MaryAnne believes that building high-performance teams starts with hiring great people, training them well, and providing the support they need to grow. Her efforts have led Empower to be recognized as one of the top 10 RPO organizations in 2023.
At Empower Partnerships, she focuses on creating a Recruitment Center of Excellence, optimizing Talent Acquisition strategies, and enhancing hiring processes through best-in-class technology and consistent, compliant practices.
MaryAnne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Grand Canyon University. She is certified in DDI Behavioral Interviewing and Predictive Index (PI).
Proud of her family, MaryAnne's two sons also work at Empower Partnerships. Her oldest son, a 5-year veteran of the US Army, joined Empower in late 2022. Her youngest son, a former high school basketball star, joined Empower after graduating in 2020 and has successfully managed his college studies while working at the company.
